The Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you when you enquire about a property, make a booking, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise contact us. Depending on your relationship with us, this may include your name, contact details, identification documents, payment details, property preferences, and communication history. Property owners engaging our management services may also provide financial and property-related information necessary to deliver our services.
How We Collect Your Information
We collect personal information directly from you, whether in person, by phone, email, or through our website and booking forms, and in some cases from third parties such as booking platforms, referral partners, or publicly available sources. Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site.
Why We Collect and Use Your Information
We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to process bookings and enquiries, manage properties on behalf of owners, communicate with guests, owners and service providers, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Noosa Shire Council short-term rental requirements. With your consent, we may also use your information to send you marketing communications about properties or services that may interest you.
Direct Marketing
We will only send you direct marketing communications where permitted by law or with your consent. Every marketing communication includes a simple way to opt out, and we action opt-out requests promptly in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your personal information to trusted third parties who help us deliver our services, including booking and payment platforms, maintenance contractors, cleaning services, and our professional advisers. We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently disclose personal information to recipients located overseas; if this changes, we will update this policy to identify the relevant countries where practicable.

Complaints
